1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use our quote tool, submit a form, call, text or email us, we may collect:

• Your name, mobile phone number and email address
• Your ZIP code and installation address
• Project details such as your vehicle, preferred charger location, distance from your electrical panel to the charger location, and photos you choose to send
• Your SMS consent choice, including the date, time and source of your opt-in
• Anything else you choose to tell us in messages or calls

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website we and our analytics and advertising providers may automatically collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location and the date and time of your visit, using cookies, pixels and similar technologies.

2. How we use your information

• To prepare and send your installation quote and answer your questions
• To schedule site visits and installations and send project updates
• To send text messages you have consented to receive (see Section 3)
• To match your project with a licensed electrician who serves your area
• To provide customer support and follow up on completed work
• To operate, secure, measure and improve our website and services
• To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

3. Text messaging (SMS) and mobile information

If you check the SMS consent box on our form or otherwise opt in, Elite Power Solutions may send you text messages about your quote, appointment scheduling and project updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. See our Terms & Conditions for full messaging terms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We use a messaging platform and its carrier partners solely to deliver the messages you asked to receive. They may process your phone number only to deliver those messages.

4. Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics and tag management tools, to understand how visitors use our website. We may also use advertising pixels (for example from Google or Meta) to measure the results of our ads and show relevant ads. These providers may collect information about your use of our site and other sites over time. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and manage interest-based ads through Google Ads Settings or optout.aboutads.info. Our website does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run our business and serve you:

• Service providers that work on our behalf, such as our customer relationship management (CRM) system, messaging and email providers, website hosting, analytics and scheduling tools. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Licensed installers performing your job. If a licensed electrician partner completes your installation, we share the details needed to quote, schedule and complete that work.
• Legal and safety reasons, when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers, our business or others.
• Business transfers, if our business is reorganized, sold or merged, subject to this policy.

None of these categories include text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, which is never shared with third parties.

6. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide your quote and services, maintain records of your project and warranty, keep a record of your SMS consent or opt-out, and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, and we limit access to people and providers who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

• Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
• Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• Access, correction and deletion: you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by contacting us below. We may need to verify your identity and may keep information we are legally required to retain.
• Cookies: manage cookies through your browser settings.

California residents. If the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended, applies to us, California residents may have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to request deletion or correction of their personal information; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. 9. Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above and post the updated policy on this page. Material changes will apply only to information collected after the change, where required by law.
