1. SMS / text messaging terms

Program name: Elite Power Solutions Customer Updates (quote follow-ups).

Program description: When you opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our quote form, Elite Power Solutions will send informational and customer care text messages to the mobile number you provide about your EV charger installation quote, including quote follow-ups, appointment scheduling and reminders, and project updates. We may also reply to messages you send us. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to receive text messages from Elite Power Solutions.

• Message frequency varies based on your quote and project.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
• To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages to request a quote or buy our services.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Supported on major U.S. carriers. You confirm you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provide and will tell us if that number changes.

Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

2. Our services and quotes

Elite Power Solutions provides residential and commercial EV charger installation. Prices and timelines shown on our website or provided online, by phone or by text are estimates based on the information you give us. A final price may change after a site visit or photo review, for example due to panel capacity, wire run length, permit requirements, utility requirements or site conditions. A quote is not a binding contract until we confirm the scope and price in writing. Installation work may be performed by Elite Power Solutions or by a licensed electrician partner in your area, and any installation is also subject to the written agreement for that job.

3. Using our website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information. Website content, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to Elite Power Solutions or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

4. Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” for general information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Power Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the website or text messaging program. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website or messaging program will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
